Our Window & Door Installation Process

  • Step 1: Consultation

    One of our highly knowledgeable consultants will meet with you at your home to discuss your vision for your new windows or doors.  All of our consultants have a comprehensive knowledge of interior design and are equipped to help you brainstorm about the best window solution for you. During the consultation, we will take measurements in order to provide you an estimate. Consultations usually take about an hour and only one homeowner needs to be present.


    Unlike other window companies, we don’t sell what we have. We give you what you want. We have over 40 brands and 100 different window designs, so we can deliver on your vision.

  • Step 2 : Emailing your estimate

    When we email your estimate, there is zero pressure on you as the homeowner. Take your time to make a decision. If you would like an additional free consultation to discuss your options further, just let us know!

  • Step 3: We return to take precise measurements

    After deciding which windows or doors you would like, we return to your home to take precise measurements so that your new windows and doors are a perfect fit in each opening.

  • Step 4: Ordering your windows

    Once we reach an agreement, we order your windows immediately. Your new windows and doors will arrive in 2 to 12 weeks, or more, depending on which manufacturer you choose.  We predetermine a tentative installation date at the time of ordering. We will keep you up to date if your new windows will arrive earlier than expected or later than expected.

  • Step 5: We schedule your installation date

    Once your new windows arrive, we will contact you to schedule an exact installation date.

  • Step 6: Window installation

    We will arrive at your home at around 8:30 in the morning. Our project manager will review the installation plan with you. 


    Once installation is complete, we will conduct a function check and a walk through with you.  We will collect final payment at this time.

  • Step 7: Cleaning

    All other window companies expect the installation crew to clean up at the end of the day.  Of course, window installers are not professional cleaners. After a long day's work, they rarely do a sufficient job. So, at no cost to you, we send in a professional cleaning team to deep clean all areas where work was completed. 


  • Step 8: Aftercare

    We build relationships with our customers because of the lifetime warranties on the product and workmanship. If you need to make any warranty claims, simply contact us and we will assist you with the process.
